Job Description  

 

Candidate selection will be made on the following capabilities and attributes:

  • Proven experience of selling with a strong knowledge of the clients and products, with a proven track record within the commercial arena

  • Knowledge and understanding of PCB market

  • New business and account management track record

  • Leadership capability to handle external clients and internal suppliers

  • Candidate has to be ambitious, perseverant

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

  • Multi-tasking, high energy individual

  • A passion for customer satisfaction

  • Understanding of the PCB manufacturing process

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and e-mails

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities

  • Cold and warm-calling customers to prospect new business

  • Maintain good information flow to Director of Sales on a weekly basis

  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications on products

  • Track/Maintain opportunities

  • Forecasting unit and revenue sales in respective territory

  • Trade Shows: Staff the booth at shows.  Attend other shows to learn about opportunities

  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and opportunities, and develop effective strategies with clear objectives

  • Computer literacy is essential: must be fluent in MS Word and Excel.  PowerPoint would be an asset

  • Must have excellent oral and written English language skills and attention to detail

 

Definite Plus:

 

  • Fluency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications

  • Experience in the PCB industry

Compensation:

  • GREAT earning potential. Very attractive commission based salary. Our commitment: a motivated individual can earn hundreds of thousand dollars per year and up.

  • Incentives/bonuses. 

  • Possibility of working off site (Canada/US)
